The four co-founders of Honor are actually two married couples, which makes for a very unique culture and decision-making structure. The cofounders seem to get involved in many decisions, even those that don’t concern their area of focus. They don’t seem to trust their leadership team. They also don’t prioritize culture building or work-life balance, so it always feels like people are running around, with everything being a fire drill.
Honor also has a very odd talent management philosophy with people coming and going all the time, often with no communication.
