      Beer and fun, it was goood but i had a problem with a supervisor

      They choose by hand who is going to be a supervisor, they dont choose the best , just the most good looking

      Pros

      Continuous growth. Always improving products and services. Genuinely care about their employees. Family type atmosphere. Everybody is willing to help any way possible, never have had an "every man for himself" type of moment. Products and Services unique to the industry, gratification in knowing you are making an impact.

      Cons

      After being here 10 months I still don't have any cons about Hubtek. I left a 10+ year career in freight brokerage to come here, everything has been completely different and such a breath of fresh air starting with the ownership and the culture that has been built.
