Pros

- Various and impactful projects - positive-minded management - willingness to improve workflows and become an agile organization - recent hiring from the for-profit background people (headquarter and National Associations) which are really skilled at what they do (digital marketing especially)

Cons

- There is barely a shared digital mindset and fragmented tools are still a reality, which makes it hard to get an accurate view of the overall fundraising performances. - Salary is one of the lowest amongst same-sized NGOs in mirror to the required level of engagement and skills at stake. The turnover might become an issue in the future. - The organization is complex to understand (so many layers..) and relies much on institutional funding (which will tend to grow scarce over the forthcoming years).

Pros

Benefits are generous. 100% covered health insurance and generous paid time off.

Cons

Salary is below market rate; raises are irregular and do not keep pace with inflation. Every year without a sufficient raise to keep up with inflation means you are taking a pay cut.
