Cons
The management and leadership is, unfortunately, not the greatest. At first, you think they are nice people, but sooner or later, you start seeing their true faces. They only think about themselves and their money, making 3-4 times as much than for instance a designer or developer does (this is public records and can easily be verified). The CEO may be a woman, but don't be fooled. She is alone at the top, with only men around her in leadership roles.
