Fun, transparent and passionate work environment. Many employees find comfort in supporting each other, which is a pleasure. Top down transparency at it’s best. The CEO is not only approachable and involved, but cares about his employees as much as the success of the company. Huge importance put on sustainability and working together to do great things for peoples lives, health and food experience. Hungryroot is surely bettering the food/agriculture system and doing everything they can to do better for the planet. Makes the hard work, worth it everyday.
Cons
Fast paced and ever evolving, it can sometimes be a lot to keep up but it’s manageable if you are passionate enough. Remote work is great but you must be sure you are able to separate home and work. Self motivated personality is a must, as much as caring about your own self care. This way you can truly have great work life balance and not be overwhelmed by the hustle. This workplace is modern corporate, so it’s important to be mindfully PC for the good of everyone.
