Great company to work for, management focused on employee growth

Management cares about employees especially Ben, the CEO. He's really approachable and you can talk to him in person and share your thoughts. My team is very focused on giving me opportunities for growth and very kind and understanding, yet always pushing me to do better!

Cons

No cons - maybe more opportunities for employees to meet up, however given remote environment it's fine. I'd also say compensation in equity could be a little bit more but should be fine!
