Pros
Beautiful building, good equipment, good benefits, flexible on when hours are made up, low stress work environment, supportive management.
Cons
Pay wasn't great and they only consider raises once a year...unless it's COVID and decide to freeze raises and then you have to wait a whole other year before negotiating a raise. Bottom line, negotiate hard before you take the job.
