      Pros

      Paid weekly Chance to Spin the wheel for extra money or gift cards (monthly) Very casual dress Opportunity to work overtime

      Cons

      Other employees on 2nd and 3rd shift don't seem to care about their job as much as 1st shift employees. Having to clean up other peoples messes. Having to wait for help from supervisor. No accountability or repercussions for crashing machines or making several bad parts. Having to rework parts or rewash them due to lack of attention to detail.

      Pros

      HyPro has some great people that work there. The company has raised wages ($20 for a trainee), added a 401K match, gives out birthday certificates, candy bags for Easter and Halloween and does nice things through out the year for its employees.

      Cons

      Have had a few bad days but everyone has those. All in all I really enjoy the work and the people I work with.
