      No training to do job expected Old machines prone to failure Operator blamed for machine failures Good old boy network so lots of favoritism

      Pros

      HyPro has some great people that work there. The company has raised wages ($20 for a trainee), added a 401K match, gives out birthday certificates, candy bags for Easter and Halloween and does nice things through out the year for its employees.

      Cons

      Have had a few bad days but everyone has those. All in all I really enjoy the work and the people I work with.
