      Pros

      HyPro has some great people that work there. The company has raised wages ($20 for a trainee), added a 401K match, gives out birthday certificates, candy bags for Easter and Halloween and does nice things through out the year for its employees.

      Cons

      Have had a few bad days but everyone has those. All in all I really enjoy the work and the people I work with.

      Pros

      Will train you to become a CNC machinist. Pay well for experience.

      Cons

      Short lunches but paid. You are done with your shift in 8 hours.
