Disappointing and unsupported - Anonymous employee Hydrogen Group plc Employee Review

I worked at Hydrogen for over 10 years and built a career there. The leadership team in the UK was supportive and empowering.

None immediately come to mind

Hydrogen caught my attention with their "thrive" model that allows you to be the best version of yourself and work from where you are most productive. After the 1st Interview, I knew it was the place for me. The hiring team was so informative and made me feel right at home by answering any questions I had and sharing their favorite parts of Hydrogen. After 2 rounds, they offered within an hour. The onboarding process was super simple and a member from HR helped set me up with all my computers before my start day. On my first day, my Manager made sure to have a detailed schedule and plan so I knew what I should be doing and who I should be connecting with. I am 7 months in and it is still the best decision I have made for my career. There is a lot of opportunity here and the support system helps to keep me on track to hit future goals.

The one con is that Hydrogen is still a smaller company. There is some building to be done, but if you come ready to grind each day, it will all pay off!
