Completely unaware of what is happening kinda management. HR is a joke where they have completely no idea on whats going on. If you cant speak Chinese, better dont even apply here since everyone communicates here in Chinese and I dont mean communicate in pantry but communicate in official meetings where they expect you to understand the meeting context via a built in translator on their communication platform (lark) No leeway for WFH or Hybrid but employees in Kl eco city can work hybrid. Only the ones from Menara Southpoint and ICS HQ have to come work everyday.
