Treat the Koreans poorly. Treat the women poorly. No room to grow. No pay raises. They pay Koreans penny’s on the dollar. No fuel reimbursement. No phone allowance. Company doesn’t believe in OSHA. Inspections don’t matter as long as the work is done to Hyundai’s standard and not USA standards. Hyundai doesn’t believe in equality amongst peers. Too handsy, if someone gets mad they will shove, push, or put their hand in your face.
