Pros

Really the only pro I see is certain people who work there.

Cons

* Don't see the value in you if you do not work for the sales team. *Not treated with respect *Not willing to give people a chance even when asked multiple times * Bring in people who just want to change everything without even understanding how things are done and for what reason. * Just keep adding work to your plate without any compensation.

Pros

I am relatively new at the firm but I have found everyone, at all levels, to be extremely welcoming and positive. The company culture is entrepreneurial, gritty, curious, and collaborative. Leadership is very open and accessible, and doesn't have big egos. There isn't a lot of politics or posturing. People are generally open to criticism and not defensive. Most everyone seems primarily focused on finding the right answer for clients, growing the firm, and growing their careers.

Cons

The company is growing quickly, so there is lots of change -- in strategy, in leadership, in the product, etc. If you like change, you will thrive. If you are bothered by change, then this is probably not the place for you.

Pros

Decent pay, good office location and free lunch benefits, people at the lower levels of the totem pole (mid-level contributors to director level) are smart and fun to work with.

Cons

A ton of leadership churn and infighting at the top, means priorities are constantly changing for those at the bottom. It creates a lot of duplicated efforts and redos of work that waste time and crush morale. A LOT of pay inequity - employees who have been there forever are severely underpaid compared to newer employees coming in. Makes for weird team dynamics and incompatible levels of motivation. Not a lot of tolerance for learning on the job or training. They want to hire people who can do the work yesterday. Bad PTO, mid insurance.
