Pros
1- It's one of top global Sales Universitas 2- Started to adopt SAP as a CRM integrated system 3- Started to hire Females 4- It's a family business, However, it's managed in Professional way, where the owners don't stick their noses in any single details, the company has its own Board of Directors and top Management based in each of IATCO countries
Cons
(HR/Staff Affairs) and (Corporate Learning & Development) are the worst in this company 1- For the mid/long run IATCO doesn't offer a competitive/average salaries 2- It is a Saudi Company but there is ZERO Saudi Senior Manager 3- Abusing Saudization Plan by hiring more locals as merchandisers 4- Too much work pressure 5- Too much Bureaucracy 6- There's not a clear career path, they actually hire new people/Fresh Graduates and on average of 2 year experience most of them resign for better opportunities 7- IATCO is a full-service provider/distributor, HOWEVER it doesn't speak "Holistic Businesses Development" language, most of the time people speak simple slaes language 8- Sleas Team is the dominated team, mostly other department (but not all) are supporting slaes team
