      I really enjoy working at ICL, a company that encourages and supports its employees, that values ​​people a lot, respects them and creates a favorable environment and offers training and learning. Some pros are: the benefits, culture, training.

      Cons

      I have only one con about ICL that is the work overload.

      Pros

      Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

      Cons

      Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
