Pros

Was promised long term consulting gig with a conversion at the end

Cons

It was all a lie. Harmonization project is code name for global effort for flat organization. There was NO quality due to impossible deadlines, no planning, just a "machine with dead bodies everywhere." They are wasting billions on a slash and burn approach with no regard to safety of their IT infrastructure. Teams are cut throat back stabbers who will do anything to throw you under the bus so that they can the the precious few =long term positions that will be left. Half of the IT force in the US will be left. Do NOT trust or work for this company. All decisions are from overseas and they don;t ask or care about anything on this side of the pond. If flying to Israel monthly to avoid misses being fired at you while you go to work is for you, then have at it. Literally..

I learned so much and got so many skills that I still use to this day. Fun culture.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say. It was a good experience.

Pros

Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

Cons

Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
