      Buenos turnos, Vacaciones, conciliación, todavia queda gente con talento dispuesta a compartirlo.

      Cons

      Gestión del siglo pasado, complicadas posibilidades de promoción. Sueldos muy por debajo de mercado, muy jerarquizada, no hay programas de incentivos/beneficios (más allá de un descuento en un gimnasio). Mucho cambio en el management. Bajos rendimientos y resultados. Mucha incertidumbre entre los empleados.

      I learned so much and got so many skills that I still use to this day. Fun culture.

      Pros

      Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

      Cons

      Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
