      Pros

      family envoirment, good salries and compensation. Company changed her state of mind in the past years using new technolgies and agile methodlogies

      Cons

      Politics is every where (as it as in enterprise companies) even when change began in some areas, Often, there's a need to communicate every small thing you're doing, even if the value is minimal, instead of investing time in creating real value for the company. For people who seek to make an impact, this can be very frustrating. Let me know if you'd like any adjustments!

      I learned so much and got so many skills that I still use to this day. Fun culture.

      Pros

      Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

      Cons

      Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
