Nice People but critically behind the times - Anonymous employee ICM Employee Review

Working at ICM I felt like went back in time 10 years. The technology is very old, the processes are very backwards and complicated for no good reason. Decision making was almost non-existent and when decisions were made they were based off of emotions and public image and not based on what is best for business. It seemed like everyone was just collecting a paycheck and not trying to do anything challenging or innovative. Modern technology was not welcomed and technologies being used were used in the wrong way making things more complicated.
