Pros
work was steady and they used to have a corner on the market sort of so there was a lot of work and plenty of overtime. i didn't know why we had so much work but i found out later it was because of greenshift extraction.
Cons
they downsized and ICM is like a ghost town now and my job went away. they just went around axing people. to get more money to come in ICM started a small company just down the road from them called ERI solutions so they could claim it was a diff company when they go to customers and pretend they are there to audit or inspect plants built by ICM.
