Only good part is that it is a Front end role

1. No HR management in place: Annual appraisal discussion is similar for all employees every year/ for all roles - nobody believes in giving a genuine feedback 2. Promotions are not performance based (like bonus, they too depend on your date of joining!) - and worst part is, that they keep declining for every batch 3. Lack of employee engagement initiatives from the management, even after witnessing one of the highest attrition rates ever for the company 4. Random changes in policies
