Pros

Fast growing company. Can learn a lot if you want. Stable.

Cons

Long working hours. Work overtime almost everyday and no pay...The company's culture is work overtime. They just want you stay there though most of people are doing their own things... I guess the company doesn't know it against the state law... Schedule is unreasonable tight if you are capable, however, you can also don't do anything as long as you know who to flatter. A typical small company. Don't have too much potential to become a large company.

The only con is that clients book you through them which does affect when you work. It isnt crazy slow or anything though

Cons

Heavy Workload: The volume of returns can be overwhelming, especially during peak times, leading to high-pressure situations. Lack of Streamlined Processes: Communication between departments can be disjointed, slowing down efficiency and making it harder to resolve technical issues. Limited Career Growth: There aren’t many clear paths for advancement in the RMA tech role without moving into another department or pursuing further certifications.
