Flexible work-from-home options but risky operations management - Worker IDP Education Employee Review

This company is failing badly. Terrible Operations decisions, regular Risks and Incidents are uncovered after loss has occurred. No real governance, decisions are pushed by the product and sales managers. NO clear operating model. They have a tiny Risk and Compliance function, and no CRO. Wont ladt another 2 years unless something drastic changes.
