Pros
Company offers good benefits. People are friendly. They do offer overtime.
Cons
The company’s benefits do not compare to other companies out there in their industry. There is no room for growth unless you are an engineer in training and even that is limited. The company engineers and executives expect you to complete tasks with short notice or warning. Your work will start to interfere with your personal time due to the lack of communication. Communication within the company needs major work. There is no support system within the company or chain of command. The project engineers seem to be in control of the company instead of the officers of the company. Not everyone is held accountable for their own work or treated fairly. There is favoritism played out within the walls of this company.
