There is hyperfocus on growth that drives every single decision, at the detriment of employees. Staff is completely stretched thin — and have been for months — but there’s not really an effort to hire despite the many issues resourcing has caused. This means long hours without any real effort to recognize and promote team members who are working overtime to keep things moving. Review process is lackluster so bonuses or raises are few and far between. Lots of politics and it’s about who you know versus the skills you bring to the table. If revenue targets aren’t hit by the sales team, everyone gets a slap on the wrist and the pressure is on even more... it’s a repeated cycle of work hard to generate revenue in hopes of more team members only to find out it’s not coming any time soon. Very frustrating for many across the board.
There’s not really much diversity either nor a consistent effort for it (an actual paid role). FYI for people of color.
