Thank you for your honest feedback, we appreciate the time you've taken to share. It's 100% accurate that, when a CEO comes in with a vision for the company that is not necessarily aligned to the way the company has operated in the past, some of the long term employees won't be aligned with the new direction. It is also accurate that the recent negative reviews came after a US restructuring that was necessary due to both reductions in certain client business as well as the need to pivot to adding in a creative content component as part of the wholistic client solution. The business has been transparent from the beginning that we would be shifting from a performance marketing/IR Comms business to a more robust creative agency and with that comes the need for some new staff who is specialized in the newer areas as well as movements of some people into roles where they will be most successful. This is evident based on the handful of well earned promotions that also made in conjunction with the restructuring activities we took. Also accurate is the fact that, while the executive team is 50% female, we've hired and promoted more women than men in the last 2 years and many, if not most, of our mid-senior level hires have been female. Lastly, we did change the sales compensation plans a few months into the year; however, the metrics of the new plan actually benefited those on compensation plans by retroactively taking into consideration the sales activities from the prior months. We conducted extensive financial analysis on this point and had the numbers swung the other way, the business would have gone in that direction to better benefit the individuals. We recognize that "new and different" can be uncomfortable but we also know that growth (for everyone) comes in a place of change. We very much value your perspective and are grateful for you taking time to leave feedback. Its also very important for readers of these reviews to understand the fact base behind your perspective and to recognize that it's driven by discomfort with change - which is ok. We're excited for where the company is going and are thrilled to have the amazing talent on the journey.
