      Flexible work hours Good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Job insecurity, especially in the Kenya Office. Despite a commitment to a 2-year renewable contract, don't be surprised if you lose your job in less than a year, not out of underperformance, but due to a lack of human capital planning and petty office politics. Not to mention that you had left a stable job before joining them😓

      IDinsight is an organization that is driven by maximizing its social impact, and it is refreshing to work with a team that all has this goal in mind. Wide variety of projects that use data and evidence to improve social programs. Excellent culture, great teammate, highly recommend!

      There have been some growing pains over the years, but the organization is constantly working to improve and course-correct.
