nice cafeteria , good location .

No growth , no carrier opportunities ,

No pros except higher salary

1.No new technology. 2.Even the mangers know nothing about the IT and they lack management skills 3.False promises. 4.You have to travel to so called client side as a peon under rain and sun. 5.As they work for govt organisations no techniques to learn except travel. 6.Managers are insular,and they don't know how to treat.They just treat subordinates as their peons 7.They boast about CMMI 5 but it is not upto CMMI 3 standard. 8.Some people are here only for the sake of monthly salary and they don't know the technology
