      Time off, free health care for retirees after 20 years

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, no mentors, no expertise, micromanaging, no resources for employees, no training, cronyism and politics in all management positions, leaders who will not make decisions (an oxymoron)

      Pros

      New leadership is good. Hiring a lot of people. Excellent insurance Good work life balance Somewhat flexible schedule

      Cons

      Bureaucracy, as should be expected. New hires come in thinking it will be high tech here and It’s not. It’s public service, expectations should be measured. Not a ton of money for tech like in private sector. Understaffed
