Pros
The business model was setup to lower the amount of cardboard used and thereby lowering carbon emissions. A surefire way to aid in the betterment of the world with a smaller carbon footprint worldwide.
Cons
Maintenance was not a major focus for over 10 years and now that it is, it is being mismanaged and directed by a leadership team that is not well versed in maintenance and lack the appropriate skillset to culturally elevate the team. Improvements have been made, efficiencies have gone up but no proper acknowledgment of the progress
