      Excellent Leadership, Compassion and Respect for All Employees, Great Communication, Great Pay, Flexible Scheduling, Strong Focus on Team Work, Family-Like Environment,

      Cons

      There will always be a bad apple or two, but that can be expected no matter where you work. IGEL is the first company I have ever worked for that had no outstanding flaws and leadership truly cares from CEO to Management.
