      Everyone I deal with on a daily basis are awesome people.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible and there isn't any room for growth, great for getting experience but, that's pretty much it.

      Self managed, open think environment. Supportive of all ideas, and motivational principles.

      Cons

      Currently just the government funded research being brought to a halt due to the state of things 2025.
