      Pros

      I have been working at IHSD for about 6 months. I enjoy everything about it. Their is a great feel of teamwork among st all the employees. Everyone helps everyone and their is a lot of good that we are doing for the community and especially the kids. It is a privelage to work for such a great organization.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Every day is a new challenge and it takes a team to fight those challenges. Sometimes, we have a hectic schedule and we forget to breathe and smell the coffee. That is the only con that I see. We get so busy that we forget to take a break and unwind.

      Pros

      The Izzi/Early Education Team is hard working and committed to bringing high quality early education and care to low income families. They like to have fun, highlight each others’ interests, and provide many opportunities for professional development.

      Cons

      Because it is funded by the federal government there are many regulations - which keeps everyone accountable but can be challenging at times

      -Family culture -Leadership cares about its teachers and will do what they can to support them -Families you serve are so kind and appreciative of the work you do; it is very rewarding

      -Low pay and understaffing, as with any early childhood org
