When i started working here i dont remember sitting in your car the whole shift and not doing your job being part of the requirements.Some of the shifts dont allow much of a work/life balance because the hours are weird.Might as well not have benefits at all because the insurance company they have doesnt recognize most of the places you go.No culture or holiday bonuses.
