      Employees are friendly & nothing more than that.

      Cons

      No job security, higher management is worst. HR policies change time to time. they wont pay for extra hours. full pressure on projects. No work life balance. They wont pay incentives on time. VIP rating keeps on changing.

      Everything seems to be with the company. No raises, ever, just a annual increase for cost of living.
