SSR teams are overworked.
Probation period is 12 months which is a bit excessive and likely doesn’t make new staff feel particularly stable or safe.
Sometimes you feel like a number when making requests.
They pay a little low compared to the market.
Not much diversity but I don’t think it is intentional.
