Writing this review from the experience had in past couple of months; since the day new MD is appointed to manage the IMI, Noida business. Working culture is very toxic; if you know how to work in toxic & political environment but change your option. ~75% of existing employees are searching for new job. Last year only 36 persons (staff) left the company and this year 5 nos. (in 2 weeks) already done. Management is not taking care of the employees unless & otherwise you are in Finance or HR team. Operations & Engineering depts. are even worse and are with maximum alteration. Till year end they will not set your KPIs and then suddenly they start demanding the results. If you are not working as per there thoughtful demands, they will start harassing you and finally fire you. Please thought multiple times before joining the business.
