Pros
IMT always treats you as a person and not just as a number who can easily be replaced. They make work fun and try to keep employees involved in the workplace and the community. They do an excellent job of hiring from within and there are many opportunities for advancement.
Cons
There are some employees who have been with the company for a long time that are a bit resistant to change. However, these people usually do not include the company's management, who are always looking for ways to change for the better.
