Pros
Ok to get you for go in the door so you can say you have working experience in the P&C. Other than that, really none.
Cons
The more senior employees take advantage to sabotage new ones. Generally, three more educated or experienced you are the more useless you will be because there's no way to apply what you know which leads to resentment from more senior workers. No diversity what so ever... que Only one black person works here. No organized training is available so if that's what you need you are on your own. They will pay for your cpcu to try three times unlike most other placed which reimburse after you pass. Toy can get harassed at this place and management will not do anything about in fact you will get blamed if you don't know your rights or don't know how to defend yourself.
