Cons
There are also concerns around how feedback and team dynamics are being managed. Individuals who openly voice constructive feedback appear to be discouraged, which risks silencing valuable perspectives that could otherwise improve team performance.
At the same time, there seems to be a pattern of preventing strong team alignment or cohesion. A lack of unity within the team can create an environment where individuals feel isolated rather than supported, ultimately weakening collaboration and trust.
This approach may unintentionally (or otherwise) preserve short-term control, but it comes at the cost of transparency, innovation, and long-term team effectiveness. Healthy teams rely on open communication and mutual trust,without these, both morale and performance are likely to decline.
