While some of the products are legacy systems that require modernisation, the company has a fresh, forward-thinking Product team in place, equipped with strong processes and a clear vision to deliver next-generation solutions. Overall, INXK2Fly is a fantastic place to work, with great people, a supportive culture, and a bright and exciting future ahead.

While INXK2Fly offers a supportive environment, some of their products are still legacy systems that require significant updates. This can occasionally create challenges for teams working with older technology. However, the company has acknowledged this and is actively investing in modernising its product suite.

The company is in a state of growth - a lot of potential under new investors. The people are easy to work with with and my manager has set a clear growth path for me. Having worked at the company for over 6 years, it's come a long way since I started and we have a clear vision and goals with new leadership. I would recommend this place to work if you like fast-paced environments.
