      Pros

      The salary is nice and they are generous with their quarterly bonuses. The atmosphere is very relaxed and if you make a mistake you aren't berated for it. With the ability to work remotely they are very flexible about what hours you work.

      Cons

      The land processing department lacks technical knowledge and doesn't have enough support personnel. There is a lot of animosity among coworkers and a greater amount between locations, Denver and Houston.
