Horrible policies,poor management. They force people to work in weekends with very low pay. They have freaky bond policies to hold back their employees. They force for an agreement for an amount which they don't even pay. Inspite of bond,if they had set employees free to think,work, the company would have succeeded. In the name of "LEARNING", they make employees work like slaves.
