Pros

Catered food once a week or every two weeks. A few people are nice and they are flexible with your schedule if you have something going on.

Cons

The training that is given to you to perform this job is horrible. This company lies about how much money you will be making because of the sales you don't actually get! This job is extremely boring and you speak to about 95% of voice mails everyday. They led me to think that I would be making the same amount money at my previous workplace and instead they put me into a hole because they start you off at $8 an hour. They told us that after we got our 02-15 insurance license we would have the $250 that we paid, reimbursed to us, which is another lie. They say you make about 4-5 sales a week and everyone made about 2 if your lucky. The management does not know how to talk to people and yells from time to time if a sale is lost. The training is a complete joke. The quality of leads that you get are awful because you talk to the same voicemail you did in the morning as you did in the evening. They can honestly sell you on how much money you can make but its complete b.s. because the only sales person that makes a lot has been doing this for 30 years. They have only been open for a year and their turn over rate is extremely high because people tend to leave when they learn they've been mislead or they let them go because they were not trained properly. They find resumes on indeed and then feed you this presentation on the job that is full of complete lies. Beware of this company because I wish I had someone to warn me, that I would be making very minimal money.

Pros

I absolutely loved working for Mark Hunt (president) and team at IPADirect. Very fun atmosphere and genuine hard working people. Unfortunately I had to move to another state for family reasons. If I ever get back to Florida this will be the first place I go for employment. A+++++ company!

Cons

You have to be willing to work hard and this company will work hard for you!! If your lazy this isn't the job for you.

Pros

I'd rate it a 3+. Better than a lot of the ins. companies I've worked for. Yur treated like a person instead of a number. And you get a lot of help to improve your sales. Compensation could be better but I hear their going to raise it soon - they listened. You can work as an independent (like I did) and find your own leads $ $ and pay for travel $$ or you can go to a sales mill where your job can change week-to-week along with your pay. Or you can go to a big place and think it'll be better but that's not always so. I'd rather be here. Still some stuff to work on but getting a lot better. There's a future here. Just gotta stick it out. If you just want ta make a quick buck no matter how you do it and then complain and go somewhere else- don't come here like some did. Benefits are really good too.

Cons

Need more leads. Ups and downs are tough
