      love the employees, great people to work with, floor gm was nice

      Cons

      tips not pooled, lack of management but a ton of managers? would schedule 1 server for the entire floor

      Pros

      Fast-paced with great money. Great hourly, and you can get OT if the bar staff is short-staffed. One of the richest zip codes in Houston. People have money in this neighborhood.

      Cons

      Movies attract clientele. A James Bond movie will bring in a lot of tips because of the demographics of the clientele. A halloween or kids movie will not bring in as money tips.
