- New CEO bringing a human approach to working at Ipsen
- Some really bright people working within the organization working hard for the patients, no matter if they are directly working on trials or if they are in back office functions
- Fantastic internal opportunities for all levels of employee - some of the best internal mobility I've seen
Cons
Culture, communication and respect in any international businesses can always be improved upon, Ipsen needs to do more in this area and promote the need for this internally.

The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.
Hybrid (2-3 days a week), provides a $15.00 stipend for lunch, stocked break room,
Cons
The job description was not what it really was, hardly any training, , Low Pay, Managers don't know how to manage. On a 1:1 my manager screamed obscenities at me for a misunderstanding and then she hung up on me so I resigned from the position. I did tell her manager and never heard back.
