Lots of talk about development, gender equality, maternity support etc, yet no visible initiatives to close the increasing gap. Continuous changes with rare moments of stability therefore lack of fostering of team work

The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. The job description was not what it really was, hardly any training, , Low Pay, Managers don't know how to manage. On a 1:1 my manager screamed obscenities at me for a misunderstanding and then she hung up on me so I resigned from the position. I did tell her manager and never heard back.
