Pros

A professional Interview & Induction process from start to finish. The initial application and interview process was very clear with good communication from the James as Talent Acquisition Partner with the appropriate time needed for preparation. I felt comfortable with the Interview process on both occasions and the welcome from the management team. A great balance of clear instructions and execution. The 1st day Induction was welcoming, positive and structured. A good variety of different people representing different departments and they were very professional. Meeting with your direct manager whilst having lunch was a great choice.

Cons

On day one Induction there were 6 different sections throughout the day and one or two did duplicate content information, which could be merged. The order of the sessions could be reorganized.

Development pathways and communication around long‑term strategy can feel uneven depending on the team. However, Ipsen remains a place where impact, collaboration, and purpose are real strengths, with room to continue strengthening operational clarity and consistency as the organization grows, which is an achievement.

Some nice colleagues. Good perks.

Cons

High leadership turnover and lack of transparency and direction. A few toxic individuals are running the show, promoting inexperienced employees at the expense of competent ones.
