      Pros

      The benefits are decent. The job itself is mostly OK, providing you don't get fired within the first year, which happens a lot.

      Cons

      The salaries are uninspiring, and management keeps people in the dark as much as possible. If you keep the job, it will be in spite of the management, not because of it.

      It's on campus, working hour was very flexible with my position

      Cons

      My supervisor was working at home, so we had to mainly communicate through email, but it was during covid time.
